My smart girl who spelled out “MOM,” “DAD,” “MASON,” and “MATTOX” on her family picture instead of drawing us…

My helpful girl who loves to help cook dinner with me every night and sometimes adds a little too much seasoning or cheese…

My selfless girl who asked for a Spider Man costume from Nana for her Birthday… but told me later that she really only wanted it for bubby… (because “he would be so cuute”)

The past four years have been growing years–for both of us. She continues to teach me, inspire me, and keep me on my toes on the daily, and I couldn’t imagine my life without her.

Happiest 4th Birthday, to my sweet, spunky, sassy, and all things wonderful, baby girl. You are a beautiful soul with a golden heart, and I am so lucky to be your mommy. I am a better person because of you, and I love you with all that I am.
